Deposit and network selection

Always pick the network your sender supports. Mismatch = lost funds.

Many assets — USDT, USDC, ETH — exist on multiple blockchains. The deposit address depends on the chain. Send USDT on ERC20 to a TRC20 address and the funds won't arrive.

  1. In the Deposit page, pick the exact same network your wallet / exchange is sending from.
  2. If unsure, do a 1-unit test first.
  3. Wait for the confirmation count shown on the page before assuming your deposit is lost.
