Recover a lost 2FA device
If you still have your recovery code, this takes minutes. If not, it takes days.
On the 2FA screen, click "Start account recovery". If you have a recovery code, enter it; we'll sign you in and invalidate the code. Generate a new one immediately.
No recovery code? Support can recover the account after identity re-verification — expect 1–3 business days.
