Create a VaultEX account

Everything you need to know about signing up, confirming your email and setting a secure password.

Creating a VaultEX account takes about a minute. You'll need a working email address and a password you haven't reused anywhere else.

Step by step

  1. Go to Sign up and enter your email, a strong password and your country of residence.
  2. Accept the Terms and tick the marketing box only if you want product updates.
  3. Check your inbox for the 6-digit confirmation code. Paste or type it into the verification screen.
  4. You'll be guided through a 90-second onboarding — you can skip it and come back later.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
  • A unique email address — each email may only register one account.
Use a password manager. Reused passwords are the single biggest cause of compromised exchange accounts.
